Shipping Info

At Jets & Jewels we offer a wide variety of clothing to help make it easy for you! We offer pre-orders in order to provide the best prices for amazing quality on remakes, customize designs, and to ready to ship items!

Ready to ship orders ship within 7 business days unless stated otherwise. Our goal is to ship 24-48 hours when possible. If you need the item sooner please contact us and we will be glad to help!

Pre-Orders usually 4-7 weeks or up to 12 weeks after the order has been closed but sometimes it takes a little longer as courier delivery times and manufacturing times are beyond our control. By placing a pre-order you understand and agree to this shipping time. The estimated ship time for pre order items will be listed in the item description. It is your responsibility to read and note this information. Please note that these estimated dates are just that, ESTIMATED.

Items in production - These items are extras that were placed with our pre order. Estimated shipping time will be listed in the description based on when these items were expected to arrive in store.

We have indicated which products are ready to ship or pre-order, or in production. If your order consist of both RTS order and Pre-Order items your items will ship once the pre-order items are in. We suggest that all pre-order products be ordered separately if you are needing your RTS items sooner.

SHIPPING TIME

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and/or Priority Mail.

Shipping time is usually 2-5 business days. But USPS does not guaranteed their transit time.

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the chosen carrier.

All products purchased from Jets & Jewels Boutique are delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Jets & Jewels Boutique. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products are passed to you when Jets & Jewels Boutique delivers these items to the carrier.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages/items. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS or other courier service if used.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you don't want to pay for shipping and are located near Magnolia, TX we offer free local pickup!

We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.
